Eloise joined Natural Area as part of the field crew in 2014 after completing a Diploma in Conservation and Land Management. Eloise demonstrated an initiative and dedication her work with the field crew and was quickly promoted to a Field Supervisor and to Team Leader before a further promotion to Regional Field Operations at our new North East works depot in Malaga.

Eloise manages a large team of professional and dedicated works personnel that undertake all facets of on ground restoration activities. Eloise is knowledgeable, experienced, and is highly organised.
